Binoculars of this type are designed primarily for low-altitude air defense calculations and sailors.

There is currently an unmet need for 70 SIGETA Admiral 7×50 and/or Zavarius compass 7×50 binoculars, amounting to USD 10,500.
It should be remembered that binoculars are the most important tool in air defense: you cannot hit an air target that you did not see or saw too late, too late.
